The Web Browser Game Changer
And I mean it… I never thought of the features I missed, until I actually got it
(NOT a paid promotion)
Clearly, the web browser market is missing the “perfect browser”… I mean sure… Chrome does it for most people, but it still purposely cuts out features and has not changed over the last few years at all. I mean it still looks the same as it was 5 years ago and nothing is different.
The web browser I’m talking about in this article is very new, at the same time, so feature-rich and cool!
What Is Arc?
It’s a VERY new browser, still in its beta release, which is going to be available on all platforms, but for now (for testing purposes), it’s just available on macOS. There are multiple reasons why I think this is a game-changer…
Look and Feel
From the early builds of what it gives, it looks smooth, yet elegant way. As you probably can see, it does not borrow the chrome-like look even though it's based on chromium.
Support
Well, it's based on chromium so... It basically has all the support of chrome itself including extensions, you get it all. Of course, there will be a GUI change so you find the options you need in the place where you would get in Chrome. Always changes.
What’s Unique?
Of course, there is a very specific reason why I call this a “game changer”. The basic workflow of the web browser itself is so powerful and 10x more efficient. Add a very ease of use to this, and you get a super browser!
It has a “spotlight but for web browser”, and it works seamlessly, without a hassle, being powerful enough to get anything you want in a second. Even open tabs, websites, history, extensions, the list is endless!
apart from that it has some other simpler small browser features, which you will only realize you want, once you have it… For example, it allows you to have a mini window pane to open any website just for a sec, while you are viewing your main tab(for minor website visits and tweaks). I also bring an easel built in, which is a place where you store all your important stuff and sort it out(it’s different from a bookmark though, and comes with many more features). It’s like this mini scrapbook where you could do anything and keep it, including screenshots, notes, etc.
It also comes with split screen capabilities, adds gradient background, tweaks around the colors of the theme itself, takes screenshots of elements specifically(if you want), etc… At this point, you probably get why I’m saying this is different.
That being said, I’ll be making more such videos on YouTube. If you feel like contributing to me, feel free to do so at Patreon and follow my socials for more content. I’ll catch you asap.
You’re Awesome :)
